Domain Source, Inc. is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We will not give, sell or share any of your personal information to any third party unless specifically necessary to complete the desired transaction with us.

What Information Is Gathered?  How is it Used?

Domain Source, Inc. only requests information necessary to complete the sale transaction:
specifically your name; billing address; phone number; and valid email. This information will be used for correspondence, invoicing; and contract fulfillment.

For DomainSource purposes,  standard 3rd parties necessary to completion a transaction may involve PayPal or other payment facilitator; and the domain name registrar of record ( with their associated ICANN policies) designated in effect at the time of your purchase. In the unlikely event a dispute would arise involving your purchase, the information collected and any relevant correspondence could be disclosed as part any binding dispute resolution process.

You may have given approval to us to contact you via email should we offer special promotions from time to time. Our policy is that all new products or service promotions you receive are featured as part of DomainSource website. Furthermore such exclusive promotions will only be sent to those persons who specifically registered to be part of such OPT-IN email group. An option not to receive future contact from us will always be present within each email that you receive from us.

Your visit to our website may or may not have resulted in a “cookie” being installed on your computer. This is a standard feature to many websites you visit, that may serve to enhance your future visits to our website.

Information Disclosure to Outside Parties

As a general rule, Domain Source will not disclose personally identifiable information to 3rd parties sources other then those required to complete the transaction. We may however supply identifiable information to law enforcement agencies if we reasonably believe that we are required to do so.

We may use non identifiable data, in aggregate form to 3rd parties in the form of product sales volumes statistics or consumer demographic data  Such information may released to 3rd parties to develop new products, promotional specials or for corporate investors purposes for instance  In all such cases it will not possible to personally identify you or your personal information. Specifically  information such as: passwords; email addresses; billing addresses; telephone numbers; credit card information, or bank account numbers are never part of any aggregate disclosures and are held in highest confidence and accessible only authorized employees of Domain Source

Domain Source implements industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, using firewalls, antivirus and SSL data transfer encryption. However, perfect security measures do not exist and we cannot guarantee that malicious third parties could not exercise sufficient resources to break down the protective systems that we have established and obtain your data file of information. In case such a breach would be identified we would of course do our due diligence to advise of you.
